# Administration & Finance

Whether you are working on a OuiShare project as a volunteer, a paid contributor or are leading a new activity in the network, there are important basic admin procedures you need to know.

Each [OuiShare Entity ](/ouishare-legal-entities.md)has its own admin procedures, so make sure you find the processes from the entity your project is running through.
